Complaint of chest pain on since 2 years
A patient came in opd with complaint of chest pain on since 2 years despite treatment his angiography shows severe disease in all three coronary arteries. His left coronary artery was highly calcified, that’s why stent was not crossed despite many efforts. So we used a new technique of rotational atherectomy. It is a diamond drilling machine which cuts calcium from inside incoronary artery. It is very technically challenging procedure but we did it successfully now patient is stable and getting discharge. Thanks to Gautam Swaroop our consultant intervention cardiologist to initiate this at our Sahara Superspecility Hospital h. Now will regularly do it.
