Managing complications gives you great confidence. Recently we have got a patient from a peripheral intervention centre, Her artery was perforated during angioplasty attempt, and tamponade occurred. although it can happen any point of time. She was refered to our centre, it was challenging for us to attempt CTO angioplasty and simultaneously seal perforation in a limited time. Patient was unstable. But our intervention cardiologist, Dr.Gautam Swaroop did it. We put covered stent and perforation get sealed. Now patient is stable and discharged today. Thanks GOD…. to help us……………………..
